Weekend Recap

• In laws have been in town this weekend. Grateful to spend some rare time with time.
• Busted the grill out for the first time since our big Halloween fest.
• Hamburgers, Sweet Potato Fries, and Asparagus. Nice.
• The next morning, I pulled off Donald Duck and Turtle Pancakes. My boys have started getting more ambitious in the shape requests but I'm having fun experimenting with my pancake skills.
• Caden has been anxiously counting down the days to his first t-ball practice this past Saturday. But, after getting dressed and ready 3 hours beforehand, it was rained out. So, weather permitting, we'll get started tomorrow night instead.
• Very excited about our new series of teachings. Steve did a great job with the introduction today.
• Attendance was down today...but was expected with so many people on Spring Break.
• Still, I was thrilled to see so many people respond so well to coming to the 1st and 3rd service. We had almost identical numbers in each which is what we were hoping for-an even distribution.
• Better yet, it was great to finally look out and see seats opened up with the addition of a new service. As always, thanks for being missional and refusing to fall into the trap of "it's all about me." Love our church.
