3 children in one family of our church had been collecting money in a huge glass vase for the last 3 YEARS to save up money to go to Disney World. Well, this last week, the money reached the top of the vase. Completely unprompted and unsolicited by their parents, the kids asked if they could empty it out and give all the money toward purchasing the land in Haiti. Not only that, but when they emptied out the vase there was over $2000!! And those kids gave it ALL! How incredibly beautiful is that?!!! Heaven is breaking through and we are so privileged to get a glimpse of it.
Decisions like that all throughout our community made moments like this possible 3 different times yesterday. Here's the first one from our early risers at 8:45. Even though there is way fewer people in first hour, they were LOUD and I love the spontaneous hugs throughout the crowd. Great day.
